I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />.ADDITION <br /> <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #96-10- <br /> <br />'GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF FERRUM SECOND <br /> <br />City of Ramsey acquired property in the Industrial District for <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the <br />development purposes; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly <br /> applied for final plat approval of the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br /> Outlot A, F, errum Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br /> WHEREA~S, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on October 1, 1996, and approved <br /> the sketch plan of Ferrum 2nd Addition and directed City staff to proceed to the final plat stage. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF. MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Femm~ Second <br /> Addition. <br /> <br />'Ilae motion for the, adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />a~.d the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 8th day of October 1996. <br /> <br />.ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
