The final plat consists of one <br />sheet. We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />1. General: The proposed plat is in the Business Warehouse District and consists of one <br /> lot. <br /> <br />2. Lot Sizes and Dimensions: The lot meets the t acre minimum lot size and 200 foot lot <br /> width requirements. <br /> <br />3. Grading and Drainage Plan: A detailed grading and drainage plan will be required with <br /> the site plan submitted for the development of the lot. <br /> <br />4. Streets: The lots will receive public access from the westerly extension of McKinley <br /> Street N.W. <br /> <br />Plans have also been recently completed for the alignment of Azurite Street along the <br />west side of this plat. This alignment will need to be dedicated on the final plat. <br /> <br />5.
