Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case//3: R~uest for Site Plan Review; Case of Lord of Life Church <br /> <br />Zoning Admlni.~ator Sylvia Frolik explained that Lord of Life Church has applied for site plan <br />approval for the 4onstmct. ion of an additional mss and parking lot on its site at 14501 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW. :She advSsed that site plans are not subject to public hearings; however, Staff'did <br />notify several resid~ents on the southerly cul-de-sac of Fluorine Street in Sunny Ponds of this pending <br />development issuei It was noted the site plan proposes the construction of additional access (egress <br />only) t~om Nowthen Boulevard located north of the existing access (which va'ti be converted to <br />ingress only). Al.~o, the site plan proposes adding 99 off-street parking spaces to the site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer announced that he owns property immediately across from the Lord of Life <br />Church property. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik distn'.b~ed revised plans and poLnted out the difference is that the exfisfing access is shown <br />fi-om the homeste.~fi adjacent to H3ghway 5 and acknowledges the ex~sting driveway to the home will <br />be removed and aec, ess ~ then be provided via the new access.
