The Planning Comrrfission reviewed the site plan on October I and recommended approval of the <br />site plan with the roof-top projection and contingent upon submittal of a phasing pl~ that clearly <br />reflects that no areas of the site will be utilized for off-site parking or display areas without <br />pavement and curbing being in place. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning Commission and City Staff recommend site plan approval contingent upon <br />compliance with City Staff Review Letter dated 9/26/96, except that the building architecture will <br />be approved as proposed with a roof-top projection and the submittal of a phasing plan. <br /> <br />Counc~!
