Any furore
building expansion on the site will precipitate connection to municipal services. The
installation of :the additional parking lot should be planned so as not to interfere with thc
furore extension of services to the building. The alignment of those services should be
coordinated with City Staff.

Drainage an:d Grading: The new parking area will surface drain from southeast to
northwest across the lots. Catch basins located in the northwest comer of the parking
addition will convey runoff to a detention pond to be located between C.S.A.H. #5 and the
parking lot. (?_xlculations should be submitted documenting the design adequacy of this
pond. The Clounty Highway Department has a policy of allowing no more than the
predevelopment runoff to the County highway ditch, if an overflow outlet is anticipated.

The Planning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 1996, at
the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., to review the proposed site
plan.
