Mr. Jankowski explained that along with blacktopping Azurite <br />Street, sewer, water, curb, and gutter would also need to be considered. <br /> <br />Chairperson Bawden suggest this issue be left to the City Council to decide. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Ls.Due and seconded by Corrwnissioner Holland to recommend that City <br />Council grant sketch plan approval to Femora Second Addition. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: Commissioner Terry. <br /> <br />Case #3: Request for Site l~lan Review; Case of Lord of Life Church <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia FrolLk explained that Lord of Life Church has applied for site plan <br />approval for the construction of an additional access and parking lot on its site at 14501 Nowthen <br />Boulevard NW'. She advised that site plans are not subject to public hearings; however, Staff'did <br />notify sever-a/residents on the southerly cul-de-sac of Fluorine Street in Sunny Ponds of this pending <br />development issue. It was noted the site plan proposes the conm-u~on of additional access (egress <br />only) from Now[hen Boulevard located north of the ex/sting access (which will be converted to <br />Ingress only). Also, the site plan proposes adding 99 off-street par-ldng spaces to the site. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer announced that he owns property ~mmecliately across from the Lord of Life <br />Church property. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik disputed revised plans and pointed out the difference is that the exfsfing access is shown <br />from the homestead adjacent to Highway 5 and acknowledges the ex~sting driveway to the home wilt <br />be removed and access will then be provided via the new access.
