He/exphined the drainage goes to the northwest so there should be no mnoffgoing <br />into the turf area.;' Along the north edge, the site will have concrete curb and gutter except for the <br />locations of futur~ drive aisle openings which will have bit, ruinous curb. <br /> <br />Commissioner D~rner asked if he should abstain from action on thi~ item. Therefore, ~_~ffrecommends relocating the building five <br />feet north. <br /> <br />Ms. Frolik adviaed the see plan does not' dearly reflect that all display and parking areas will be <br />surfaced with b' ~r~minous or that the entire perimeter will be finished with concrete curbing. She <br />reviewed the nun~ of parldng spaces required, number provided, and noted tha'~ the s~te plan does <br />not indicate the mumber of employees on the site so sba'is unsure if the four paring spaces will be <br />su/~cient. <br /> <br />Peter Iv_tiger, Portfolio Design .qen6.ces representing Shorewood R_V., stated their agreement with <br />staffsuggestion t.o shLft the buiMi,g ~o the north to accommodate future building expansion.
