The Group shall have the following responsibilities during Phase It in addition to those set forth in 4.1: 4.2.1 4.2.2 4.2.3 4.2.4 to provide guidance to the consultant in performing wellhead protection work authorized in Phase II; to review and reject or accept consultant work; to approve payments authorized under this agreement; to identify wellhead protection work activities to be performed during Phase III including potential contaminant source inventory, management techniques, and education and outreach; //6 -2-
