Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #96-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDING THE PROBATIONARY PERIOD FOR PUBLIC WORKS <br />MAINTENANCE WORKER DUANE E. DORDAItL <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Duane E. Dordahi began employment at the City of Ramsey on April I, <br />1995 as a Public Works Maintenance Worker in salary grade 7, with an annual salary of $20,800; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos, Mr. Dordahl's immediate supervisor, <br />has given a satisfactory employee performance appraisal for Mr. Dordahl and recommends <br />retaining Mr. Dordahl at the City of Ramsey as a regular full-time employee, retroactive to <br />October 1, 1996; and <br /> <br /> WI-IEREAS, the Personnel Committee, at its November 12, 1996 meeting agreed with <br />the recommendation to retain Mr. Dordahl as a regular, full-time employee, retroactive to <br />October 1, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to end the probationary period for Duane E. Dordahl and change in <br />status to regular, full-time employee, retroactive to October 1, 1996. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 12th day of November 1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
