Therefore, there is no impact to the existing drainage pattern on <br />the property. <br /> <br />The stan~d~ard 10 foot. wide drainage and utility easements along all of the property lines are <br />proposed to be prowded <br /> <br />Park Dedication: Since no new lots are being created, there is no park dedication due on <br />the plat. ~ <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 1996 to <br />consider your request for final plat approval of Muller Addition. It is important that you, or your <br />representative, belpresent at these meetings to answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the <br />proposed develop/nent agreement is enclosed for your information and review.
