absence of a garage, a traffic lane to a parking pad that <br />cannot exceed 20 feet in width. <br /> <br />"Equipment, Commercial Use" - Any motorized or non-motorized <br />apparatus whose primary use is to facilitate the generation of <br />revenue. <br /> <br />"Equipment, Private Use" - Any motorized or non-motorized <br />apparatus whose primary use is for personal activities not <br />related to generating revenue or profit. <br /> <br />"Impervious Surface" - A properly maintained artificial <br />surface through which water cannot easily penetrate. <br /> <br />"Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use" - Any device designed to be <br />self-propelled that is eligible for legal operation on the <br />public roads and highways and whose primary use is to <br />facilitate the generation of revenue. This shall not include <br />standard passenger automobiles, pick-up trucks and vans <br />displaying company logos and/or advertisements. <br /> <br />"Motor Vehicle, PrivateUse" - Any device which is designed to <br />be self-propelled, is eligible for legal operation on the <br />public roads and highways, and whose primary use is to <br />transport Persons and/or property for personal or recreational <br />activities. For purposes of this Chapter, private use motor <br />vehicles shall include operable vintage/classic cars and race <br />cars. <br /> <br />"Operable Motor Vehicle" - A vehicle that can be presented in <br />a self-propelled condition within seven (7) days of the City's <br />request for such action. <br /> <br />"Residential Parking Surface" - The entire parking surface <br />under a vehicle or piece of equipment plu~ a one-foot extended <br />perimeter and which parking surface shall consist of either <br />bituminous pavement or concrete EXCEPT THAT in Residential <br />Zoned Districts outside the Metropolitan Urban Service Area <br />("MUSA") boundary, the parking surface shall consist of a <br />minimum of either con bit or prepared gravel. <br /> <br />SECTION Z. REPEAL. <br /> <br />The following language in Section 9.11.10 (Off Street Parking) is <br />hereby repealed: <br /> <br />No more than one (1) one-ton motor vehicle bearing a <br />commercial license and no commercially licensed trailer shall <br />be parked or stored in a residential district except when <br />loading, unloading or rendering a service.
