"Equipment, Commercial Use" - Any motorized or non-motorized apparatus whose primary use is to facilitate the generation of revenue. "Equipment, Private Use" - Any motorized or non-motorized apparatus whose primary use is for personal activities not related to generating revenue or profit. "Impervious Surface" - A properly maintained artificial surface through which water cannot easily penetrate. "Motor Vehicle, Commercial Use" - Any device designed to be self-propelled that is eligible for legal operation on the public roads and highways and whose primary use is to facilitate the generation of revenue. This shall not include standard passenger automobiles, pick-up trucks and vans displaying company logos and/or advertisements. "Motor Vehicle, PrivateUse" - Any device which is designed to be self-propelled, is eligible for legal operation on the public roads and highways, and whose primary use is to transport Persons and/or property for personal or recreational activities. For purposes of this Chapter, private use motor vehicles shall include operable vintage/classic cars and race cars. "Operable Motor Vehicle" - A vehicle that can be presented in a self-propelled condition within seven (7) days of the City's request for such action. "Residential Parking Surface" - The entire parking surface under a vehicle or piece of equipment plu~ a one-foot extended perimeter and which parking surface shall consist of either bituminous pavement or concrete EXCEPT THAT in Residential Zoned Districts outside the Metropolitan Urban Service Area ("MUSA") boundary, the parking surface shall consist of a minimum of either con bit or prepared gravel. SECTION Z. REPEAL. The following language in Section 9.11.10 (Off Street Parking) is hereby repealed: No more than one (1) one-ton motor vehicle bearing a commercial license and no commercially licensed trailer shall be parked or stored in a residential district except when loading, unloading or rendering a service.
