The vehicles and/or equipment <br />shall be screened to a degree of 75% at ground <br />level view from adjacent properties and public <br />streets. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Restricted Parking Area. The vehicle and/or <br />equipment shall be parked only on the side <br />yard or rear yard of the residential parcel <br />and then only on a Residential Parking <br />Surface. <br /> <br />Interim Use Permit. Commercial-use vehicles <br />and equipment intended to be parked outside <br />that cannot meet the criteria established in <br />c.(1) and (2) but can provide for alternatives <br />to same, shall be required to obtain an <br />Interim Use Permit. The Interim Use Permit <br />shall be processed utilizing the same fee, <br />escrows and procedures and criteria <br />established for Conditional Use Permits in <br />Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />Agriculture Equipment. Active agriculture use and <br />equipment necessary to sustain that use are allowed <br />and not required to be parked on prepared surfaces <br />or screened. <br /> <br />Subd.~ 3. Ownership of Motor Vehicles and/or Equipment. <br />Private and/or commercial use type motor vehicles and <br />equipment shall not be parked on a residential parcel unless <br />said ~ersonal property is owned or leased by a person residing <br />on th~ parcel, or owned or leased by the employer of a person <br /> · ~ <br />residing on the parcel. <br /> <br />The Minnesota Department of Motor Vehicles registration <br />records shall be used to determine the owner of registered <br />vehicles and/or equipment and said owner's address. <br /> <br />Subd. ~4.
