We are sorry for the delay in responding to your letter; but this <br />is our busies~ time of the year and we have been pressed for time. We have enclosed an <br />aerial photograph of our business to make it easier to identify the items we will define. <br /> <br />We have a cencrete driveway that starts at our entrance gate and goes to the front and <br />the length of bur building with parking along the front with a handicap parking spot and <br />handicap acqess to the front sidewalk. We have a grass area inside the fence line to the <br />concrete driveway in front of the building along with a grass diamond area to improve the <br />front appearance of the building. We are requesting a waiver of your curb requirements <br />for this area. <br /> <br />Our pickup cover display rack is anchored with steel to a concrete curb with sewer rock <br />underneath td allow for drainage. We are requesting a waiver of paving requirements of <br />this outdoor d!splay area as it would be cost prohibitive and unfeasible to tear these racks <br />down and rebuild them to conform to your ordinance. <br /> <br />We have a semi-truck drive lane adjacent to our cover racks that has a Class 5 surface. <br />We are using ~a large area of our property for display of our trailers. The tongues of these <br />trailers would ~ink into blacktop making it impractical to use asphalt for our outdoor <br />display parking area. Also, to limit the size of our outdoor display area to the area <br />equivalent to the main floor area of our building would effectively put us out of business <br />(Subd. 3 AcceSsory Uses: e). <br /> <br /> We have been'r in business at this location since 1985. We have kept our grounds and <br /> building neat arnd clean and have a very attractive site. We receive many compliments <br /> on its appearar~ce.
