10. <br /> <br />That alt costs incurred by the City in administering and enforcing this permit shall be the <br />responsibility of the Permittee. <br /> <br />11. That thc City Administrator or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the Subject <br /> Property for compliance with' the provisions of this Permit annually or at any time upon <br /> reasonable request.
