Board Member adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #06-03- A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME W/~IEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly applied for a variance to minimum lot size requirements for non-riparian lots in a shorelandloverlay district on the property legally described as follows: (IlXlSERT LEGAL HERE) Whereas, the Board of Adjustment met on March 4, 1996, conducted a public hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. NOW THE. REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: B~tsed on Findings of Fact # , a variance is hereby granted to the minimum area re}quirement for non-riparian lots in the shoreland overlay district for DNR Protected Wetland #2-113 (Gross/Sunfish Lake), as established by Section 9.21.04 of the Ramsey City Code. 2~ The average lot size for non-riparian lots in the proposed plat of Sunfish Lake Estates shall be at least 13,800 square feet. 2~his variance shall not apply to any future platting of property within the shoreland overlay district of Wetland #2-113. The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and eBforcing this variance. o The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this the __ day of March, 1966. /I
