Board Member <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #06-03- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A VARIANCE AND <br /> DECLARING TERMS OF SAME <br /> <br /> W/~IEREAS, Good Value Homes, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has <br />properly applied for a variance to minimum lot size requirements for non-riparian lots in a <br />shorelandloverlay district on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />(IlXlSERT LEGAL HERE) <br /> <br /> Whereas, the Board of Adjustment met on March 4, 1996, conducted a public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request. <br /> <br />NOW THE. REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />B~tsed on Findings of Fact # , a variance is hereby granted to the minimum area <br />re}quirement for non-riparian lots in the shoreland overlay district for DNR <br />Protected Wetland #2-113 (Gross/Sunfish Lake), as established by Section 9.21.04 <br />of the Ramsey City Code. <br /> <br />2~ <br /> <br />The average lot size for non-riparian lots in the proposed plat of Sunfish Lake <br />Estates shall be at least 13,800 square feet. <br /> <br />2~his variance shall not apply to any future platting of property within the shoreland <br />overlay district of Wetland #2-113. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />eBforcing this variance. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board <br />Member and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment <br />this the __ day of March, 1966. <br /> <br />/I <br /> <br /> <br />
