ORDINANCE NO. 85-9 <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />S~kTE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTIONS 3.05 AND 3.08 OF THE HOME RULE CHARTER OF <br />T~E CITY OF RAMSEY. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Sections 3.05 and 3.08 of the Home Rule <br />Charter of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />T~E CITY OF RAMSEY ORDAINS: <br /> <br />Section 1. AU~: <br /> <br /> This Ordinance is enacted pursuant to MSA Section 410.12, <br />Subd. 7. <br /> <br />Section 2. Amendment: <br /> <br /> A. Section 3.05 of the Ramsey Home Rule Charter is hereby <br />amended to read as follc~s: <br /> <br />Section 3.05. Procedures on Ordinances. Every proposed <br />ordinance shall be presented in writing. No ordinance <br />shall contain more than one subject. Such subject shall <br />be clearly expressed in its title. The enacting clause <br />shall be "The City of Ramsey Ordains". No ordinance, <br />except an amergency ordinance, shall be adopted at the <br />meeting at which it is introduced and at least three <br />days shall elapse between its introduction and final <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> B. Section 3.08 of the Ramsey Home Rule Charter shall be <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />Section 3.08. Procedure on Resolutions. Every <br />resolution shall be presented in writing and shall be <br />filed and preserved by the clerk administrator. <br /> <br />Section 3. Effective Date: <br /> <br /> This Ordinance shall become effective 90 days after its <br />passage and publication subject to the provisions of MSA Section <br />410.12, Subd. 7. <br /> <br />Ordinance 985-9 <br /> <br /> <br />
