For the purpose of efficient service and discipline, members shall be subject to the <br />orelers of their officers at all times. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />N°. member shall be under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs while <br />oniduty. While occupying any such drinking establishment, any member shall use <br />good discretionary measures regarding responding to an alarm. <br /> <br />Every member shall immediately report to their superior officer any accident or <br />injttry to self or others, no matter how trivial. <br /> <br />No member shall absent their self from their post, fires, or any duties without <br />pe,~a~nission or without being properly relieved. <br /> <br />Ab~sence from post while on duty, without permission or without being properly <br />relieved, could be sufficient cause for separation from service. <br /> <br />Every member shall be held responsible for the safe-keeping and proper care of all <br />Department property under their control. <br /> <br />No member shall make false statements or entries in any Department records, <br />corgrnunications, or reports, w~th the intention to decmve. <br /> <br />Noir member shall make a false statement affecting the Department or any of its <br />melnbers with the intention to deceive. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />15. <br /> <br />When a member receives an order, which is in conflict with a previous order, they <br />sh~ll so inform the officer who issued the conflicting order. <br /> <br />In emergencies, any member may be immediately suspended by a superior officer <br />for 'l flagrant violation of the Department rules and regulations or orders; and such <br />suspension, together with the details thereof, shall be reported without delay <br />thrt~ugh the regular channels. <br /> <br />AnY member having cause to believe that they have been unjustly or unfairly <br />treated may appeal directly to the Chief. <br /> <br />Evary member shall promptly report to their superior officer any change of address <br />andfor phone number. <br /> <br />Every member, severing their connection with the Department, shall submit their <br />resignation in writing to the Chief and Board of Officers. <br /> <br />Every member, upon resigning from the Department, promptly surrender all Fire <br />Department property in their possession to the department. <br /> <br />Pa~e 9 <br /> <br />/l <br /> <br /> <br />
