Any member who chooses to be a member of the Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association may also have additional insurance policies that may be applicable. Additional information regarding insurance may be obtained from the Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association By-Laws. Section 25. Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association Any member who wishes to be a member of the Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association should refer to the Ramsey Fire Department Relief Association By-Laws. Section 26. Honorary Members The Department may elect as honorary members any person regardless of age, residence or any other qualifications, be a vote of two-thirds (2/3) of the regular members of the Department present and voting at any regular meeting thereof. Section 27. Amendments These By-Laws may be amended as follows: The proposed Amendment shall be submitted to the Department at any regular business meeting, in writing, whereupon such Amendment shall be referred to the Board of Officers for study, which shall report at the next regular business meeting of the Department following such introduction, and such Amendment, upon being regularly moved and seconded for adoption, shall be adopted upon a two-thirds (2/3) vote ~)f the regular members of the Department then present and voting by written secret ballot.
