Case #2 <br /> <br /> SOLSTICE PARK <br />By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Solstice Park's:~ development began in 1994, with grading and turf establishment. The play <br />equipment, shelt~er, and path construction was completed in the spring of 1995. Since then, some <br />salvaged l~ees ~,.ere spaded into the park and a Scout group started a 500 square foot native plant <br />bed. The original budget available for Solstice Park was $35,075, all of which has been <br />expended, r <br /> <br />Observation: <br /> <br />Trail Plan show~ <br />in the future, pa <br />will probably be <br />1-2 years, an adc <br />not include the <br />Brandseth will <br />Commission wiI <br /> <br />Solstice Park is ~he only park within the Prairie Recreation District.
