1996 IMPROVEMENTS FOR CENTRAL PARK <br />By: Mark Boos, Parks/Utilities Supervisor <br /> <br />Case #3 <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />At the Conimission's request, City Council allocated $105,000 for Central Park in 1996, as <br />part of the I Capital Improvement Program. As you will recall, a draft budget pending <br />further corr/ment was prepared in February. On February 27, 1996, City Council approved <br />the draft budget and authorized the request for bids on the athletic field lighting. <br />ObservatiOn: <br /> <br />There has ~l~een only one additional request to comment on Central's improvement. This <br />March 4, 1996 phone message, was unsuccessfully returned as of case preparation. <br /> <br />Staff is not ';recommending any changes to the earlier draft budget which is below.
