While priorities may be vague in 1999, it is believed that Lake Itasca
Park will be of community import along with Central, River's Bend, and Alpine Park. $30,000
may be used to put the finishing touches on these parks.

Projected about the year 2001 would be residential development west of Ramsey Boulevard.
The neighborhood park includes a connection to a u'ail along Puma Street to the Lake Itasca
recreation system which would also be a tremendous resource to the urbanizing portion of
Ramsey.

Project - Lake. Included in
this plan is a capital improvement plan covering the years 1994 through 1999. The Plan's CIP
called for $2,400,000 in distribution improvements and $2,550,000 in supply and storage
improvements during these years. The CIP presented below represents an updated version of the
Comprehensive Plan CIP. The significant reduction in this plan distribution costs is the result of
some segments having been installed by the City or developers in 1995, and the anticipation that
some required future links will be installed by developers as lateral and trunk contributions.
