This study will identify a capital improvement program <br />which is anticipat4:l to be funded primarily with trunk storm water charges similar to those for the <br />sewer and water fund. In addition, funds for maintenance needs and minor drainage problem <br />corrections could fie generated from either a storm water utility or the existing storm water districts. <br /> <br /> <br />
