The Riverdale- Drive On-Road B Trail is addressed in the year 2000 as an estimate of the
time when Rivdrdale Drive and commercial/residential development may exist in larger numbers to
the west and eai;t of Feldspar Street. Density and traffic are sure to warrant that pedestrians have a
safe eat/west ~oute south of Highway #10. In addition, connection to the City of Anoka's
Cutter's Grove park may be possible off Rivlyn Avenue. The segment east of Dolomite will need
to serve as the _lfffississippi Riyer trail, and thus may be eligible for funding assistance.

Boulevard trees for Riverdale are proposed as a TIF project and is directly related to the
premise desc--ril2&l above. A $10,000 expenditure would fund about 50 trees.

Pro_iect_- Mississipoi Year ~
Mississippi River Trail Corridor 1998 $ 30,000 - Park Trust
Riverdale Drive Trail 2000 $ 25,000 - MSA
Riverdale Drive Boulevard Trees 2000 $ 10,0013 - TIF
$ 65,000

P-9 - The Prairie District

The on-road "B" along Sunwood Drive will occur at the time of road construction.
