The Riverdale- Drive On-Road B Trail is addressed in the year 2000 as an estimate of the <br />time when Rivdrdale Drive and commercial/residential development may exist in larger numbers to <br />the west and eai;t of Feldspar Street. Density and traffic are sure to warrant that pedestrians have a <br />safe eat/west ~oute south of Highway #10. In addition, connection to the City of Anoka's <br />Cutter's Grove park may be possible off Rivlyn Avenue. The segment east of Dolomite will need <br />to serve as the _lfffississippi Riyer trail, and thus may be eligible for funding assistance. <br /> <br />Boulevard trees for Riverdale are proposed as a TIF project and is directly related to the <br />premise desc--ril2&l above. An $80,000 expenditure is <br />proposed from the Landfill Trust Fund in both 2000 and 2001. <br /> <br />Miscellaneous reyenu.es are designated e~.ch year from the Lawful Gambling fund toward <br />improvement conducted with outside matching money or for smaller improvements meeting <br />previously uniderltified resident park needs. <br /> <br /> <br />
