Inform Planning Commission of any <br />substantial changes to park and forward to City Council for <br />approval. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant final plat approval to Phillips Addition to Ramsey. Forward <br />to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to table preliminary plat approval <br />of Brandseth pending resolution of drainage issues and verifying <br />that residents along the trunk line route are cognizant of the two- <br />year hook-up rule. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant preliminary plat approval to Northfork Itasca Shores based <br />upon discussion and contingent upon developer compliance with <br />City Staff review dated November 29, 1995. Advise Council that <br />Commissioner Hendriksen opposed the length of the cul-de-sac as <br />it was not in compliance with City Code. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the residential layout of <br />the sketch plan for Fox Knoll 2nd Addition, recommending that the <br />developer revise the sketch plan to eliminate the commercial lot and <br />proceed to the Park and Recreation Commission with the amended <br />sketch plan. If Park only requires trail along 153rd Avenue, the <br />developer may then proceed to preliminary plat. The City Engineer <br />was also directed to consider the feasibility of replacing the northern <br />cul-de-sac by extending Sodium Street out to 153rd Avenue. Tom <br />Kurak noted that if Sodium Street is extended east to 153rd <br />Avenue, then consideration should be given to cul-de-sacing the <br />south end of Sodium Street. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for the <br />former Tiller property contingent upon compliance with the City <br />Staff review letter dated November 29, 1995, and including <br />discussion concerning the feasibility of a round-about cut-de-sac. <br />Pending no substantial change to the Park dedication as proposed, <br />the developer is directed to proceed to preliminary plat. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />reappoint Terry Hendriksen and Michael Terry to the Planning <br />Commission for terms to expire on December 31, 1997, and to <br />advertise the vacancy of Paul Holland's seat but allowing him to <br />serve on the commission until the vacancy is filled. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer directed Staff to eliminate reference to <br />"licensed and unlicensed motor vehicles" in Chapter 5.12.02 <br />("Condition of Premise") of the City Code so that all reference to <br />such is only in the (proposed) parking and storage of commercial <br />vehicles ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
