If <br />there are no substantial changes to the draft, Council should direct <br />Staff to schedule a public hearing for the January meeting of the <br />Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission continued the public hearing entitled <br />"Proposed Amendment to Chapter 9 of City Code to Amend <br />Platting Process" to the January meeting, and therefore, the case <br />was tabled also. Please schedule these on the agenda for the <br />January Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Upon Commissioner Deemer's inquiry, Zoning Administrator <br />Frolik agreed to check with City Attomey Goodrich as to whether <br />the changes to the City Code, made earlier this year, has had a <br />formal public hearing and been adopted. A response is needed by <br />the January Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission tabled the case entitled "Review <br />Proposed Amendments to the Shoreland Management and Scenic <br />River Ordinance" to the next regular meeting. Please schedule this <br />on the agenda in January. <br /> <br />Council granted site plan approval to Automated E.D.M. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval to Northfork Itasca Shores <br />contingent upon developer compliance with City Staff Review Letter <br />dated November 29, 1995 and upon favorable review by the Park and <br />Recreation Commission and that the name of the street talked about is <br />to be Andrie Court or Circle. Proceed to final plat stage. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Phillips Addition to Ramsey. <br />Execute Development Agreement. The final plat was granted with the <br />retention of access rights to C.R. 4/116 from L1B2. <br /> <br /> <br />
