Anoka County <br />poli~ regarding new developments adjacent to existing County Highways prohibits <br />the ~xpendimre of highway funds for noise mitigation measures. The City and/or <br />the Ipeveloper shouldassess the noise situation and take any action deemed <br />neci-ssary to min~mlze associated impacts at this site from any traffic noise. <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
