The sewer and water are proposed to be extended along the west side of T.H. g4-7, which will <br />require obtaining additional right-of-way from one property owner. <br /> <br />The Park Commission met in September and confnmaed in November that park dedication shall <br />consist of a cash payment. <br /> <br />The developer is also required to construct a pedestrian trail parallel to 153rd Avenue N.W. from <br />T.H. #47 to C.S.A.H. #5. Mr. Edmundson would be reimbursed, at a rate to be established by <br />the City, per foot lineal foot of trail construction from the west boundary of the plat to C.S.A.H. <br />#5. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends preliminary plat contingent upon compliance with the City Staff Review <br />Letter dated January 30, 1996. <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that City Council grant preliminary plat approval to the Brandseth plan dated <br />January 19, 1996, contingent upon compliance with the January 30, 1996 City Staff <br />Review Letter. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />PC: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Parks & Utilities Superuisor <br /> <br />2/6/96 <br /> <br /> <br />
