The sewer and water are proposed to be extended along the west side of T.H. g4-7, which will <br />require obtaining additional right-of-way from one property owner. <br /> <br />The Park Commission met in September and confnmaed in November that park dedication shall <br />consist of a cash payment. <br /> <br />The developer is also required to construct a pedestrian trail parallel to 153rd Avenue N.W. from <br />T.H. #47 to C.S.A.H. #5.
