Execute agreement. <br /> <br />Council introduced the two ordinances to amend Chapters 5 and 9 of the <br />Ramsey City Code regarding the parking and storing of private and <br />commercial use vehicles and equipment and junk automobiles. Place on the <br />next agenda for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~g96-01-027 (Peterson/Beahen/Opposed Beyer and <br />Zimmerman) adopting Findings of Fact ~fl3391 relating to a request from <br />Good Value Homes to rezone certain property from Industrial to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition. <br />Execute development agreement - but with the following amendment: <br />Section V. General - 17 Transportation Impact Fees - change the Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($500.00) per lot to Two Hundred Fifty ($250) per lot. <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan prepared by Sharp and Associates for Phase <br />II of Ramsey Business Park on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial park <br />contingent upon the developer entering into a development agreement with <br />the City. Execute Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Northfork Itasca Shores Addition - <br />execute development agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
