We find the plat acceptable for <br />further develqpment with consideration of the following comments. <br /> <br />Please'direct development proposals for Mn/DOT review to Ruth Ann Sobnosky, local <br />government liaison supervisor at Mn/DOT Metro Division, 1500 West County Road B2, <br />Rosevillle MN 55113. <br /> <br />Fifty ,feet of right of way from the centerline is needed at a minimum to reasonably <br />provide for any future improvements to Trunk Highway 4?. Sixty feet from the centerline <br />is needled to provide adequate space for a wider range of improvement options. We <br />request that access control be dedicated by the plat along its boundary with TH 47. No <br />direct a~ccess from the plat to TH 47 will be allowed. Access to TH 47 must be via 153rd <br />or other local streets. Please provide Phil Keen, of our Right of Way section, with a <br />copy of the final plat as recorded, at the above address. Questions regarding right of way <br />documi~ntation may be directed to Mr. Keen at 582-1283. <br /> <br />Curren~ drainage patterns and rates of runoff should be maintained.
