The <br />package include~ Site Plan, Floor Plan, Building Elevations, and Landscape Plan. The plan <br />proposes to consg-uct an office/manufacturing facility on the west side of Sunfish Lake Blvd. <br />N.W., just north df the railroad tracks. We offer the following comments: <br /> <br />.~2_0lBg[ The site is zoned Business Warehouse for which office/warehouse is a permitted use. <br /> <br />J=&l_q,!Z~q,l:gg~ Tlj,'e site is approximately 4 acres in size or 175,000 square feet. Lot coverage is <br />restricted to 35% 9r 61,250 square feet; the proposed size of the building is 19,690 square feet. <br /> <br />Utilities: The facility will be served by municipal utilities.
