Structure setback from the ordinary high water level of Trott Brook in <br /> an unsewered area - 100 feet; in a sewered area - 50 feet.. <br /> <br /> 2. On-site sewage treatment system setback from ordinary high water level <br /> of Trott Brook - 75 feet. <br /> <br /> 3. Controlled vegetative cutting area setback from ordinary high water level <br /> of Trott Brook - 100 feet (See {}9.23.10 Subd. 1). <br /> <br />9.23.07 S~anitary provisions - sewage disposal and water supply. <br /> S~bdivision 1, Any Premises intended for human occupancy must provide for <br />an adequate method of sewage treatment. Public or municipal collection and treatment facilities <br />must be used wh~re available and feasible. Where public or municipal facilities are not available, <br />all on-site individual sewer n:eatment systems shall conform to the minimum standards and <br />administration p,~ocedures set forth in other applicable Ramsey regulations and the minimum <br />standards of th~, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MN Rules, Chapter 7080, Individual <br />Sewage Treatment Systems Standards) and {}9.23.06 of this Section. <br /> S~bd. 2. No person, furn, or corporation shall install, alter, repair, or extend <br />any individual s~wer disposal system or private well without fn-st obtaining a permit for such <br />action from the 74oning Authority for the specific installation, alteration, repair, or extension. Prior <br />to issuance of an~t such permit, the Zoning Authority may require that soil boring tests be done on <br />the proposed sit{ to determine whether or not the site is capable of supporting a conforming <br />sewage treatment system. <br /> <br /> <br />
