The extension is good to <br />September 30, 1996. Note: Mayor Hardin noted the items you brought <br />up that would not be approved if the site plan were before Council today <br />and inquired of Mr. Vevea if he would be open to discussion. He <br />offered to discuss anything the City wants to discuss and that Ryan has <br />to recommend. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan of <br />Juskiewicz Addition contingent upon no substantial change to. the Park <br />dedication as proposed. Inform Planning Commission of any substantial <br />changes to park and forward to City Council for approval. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan of Green <br />Addition contingent upon no substantial change to the Park dedication as <br />proposed. Inform Planning Commission of any substantial changes to <br />park and forward to City Council for approval. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to table preliminary plat approval of <br />Brandseth pending resolution of drainage issues and verifying that <br />residents along the trunk line route are cognizant of the two-year hook-up <br />role. Bring back to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the residential layout of the <br />sketch plan for Fox Knoll 2nd Addition, recommending that the <br />developer revise the sketch plan to eliminate the commercial lot and <br />proceed to the Park and Recreation Commission with the amended sketch <br />plan. If Park only requires trail along 153rd Avenue, the developer may <br />then proceed to preliminary plat. The City Engineer was also directed to <br />consider the feasibility of replacing the northern cul-de-sac by extending <br />Sodium Street out to 153rd Avenue. Tom Kurak noted that if Sodium <br />Street is extended east to 153rd Avenue, then consideration should be <br />given to cul-de-sacing the south end of Sodium Street. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for the <br />former Tiller property contingent upon compliance with the City Staff <br />review letter dated November 29, 1995, and including discussion <br />concerning the feasibility of a round-about cul-de-sac. Pending no <br />substantial change to the Park dedication as proposed, the developer is <br />directed to proceed to preliminary plat. <br /> <br />Upon Commissioner Deemer's inquiry, Zoning Adminisn:ator Frolik <br />agreed to check with City Attorney Goodrich as to whether the changes <br />to the City Code, made earlier this year, has had a formal public hearing <br />and been adopted.
