Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />With regard to the CDBG public hearing - the following motion was made: <br />Councilmembers Peterson, Beahen and Zimmennan will serve on a <br />Committee to recommend the allocation of the available $4,000 and to meet <br />w/th the County regarding the other. Councilmember Peterson will chair that <br /> <br />Council voted to introduce the ordinance to rezone the proposed plat of <br />Pondview to R-1 Urban Residential. Forward to Council for formal <br />adoption. <br /> <br />Council tabled the request for preliminary plat approval of Pondview; case of <br />Good Value Homes. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerrnan stated he needed some additional information <br />before he could vote in favor of the rezoning of Pondview. The information <br />he requested is as follows: 1) A copy of the Planning Commission meeting <br />minutes when they looked at the rezoning and preliminary plat for Pondview. <br />2) A copy of the City Council minutes that reflect the City Council desire to <br />have property on the north side of C.R. gl 16 slated for commercial/industrial <br />development, particularly that 80 acres proposed to be developed as <br />Pondview by Good Value Homes. 3) The percent evaluation of residential <br />versus industrial property in the City of Ramsey. 4) The percent of area <br />slated for residential versus industrial development in Ramsey in comparison <br />with other cities. 5) The City's vision of a relationship between a <br />residential and industrial development. John Peterson agreed to grant an <br />extension for Council's decision to allow for this information to be made <br />available. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Green Addition. Execute development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Juskiewicz Addition. <br />development agreement. <br /> <br />Execute <br /> <br />Council approved the site plan for expansions to the Vance Brothers facility at <br />14021 Azurite Street NW with a waiver to the 30% restriction on accessory <br />buildings and curbing bituminous surfaces to the rear of the buildings, and <br />contingent upon establishing screening along the south property line. <br />Execute agreement. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g96-01-027 (Peterson/Beahen/Opposed Beyer and <br />Zimmerman) adopting Findings of Fact g0391 relating to a request from <br />Good Value Homes to rezone certain property from Industrial to R-1 Urban <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Chesmut Ridge 2nd Addition.
