Execute Development Agreement, <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Northfork Itasca Shores Addition - <br />execute development agreement. <br /> <br />With regard to the rezoning for Good Value Homes, Council voted to refer <br />this back to the Planrfing Commission for their review. <br /> <br />With regard to the preliminary plat approval of Pondview, the motion was to <br />send the proposal with 147th coming out to County Road #56 and Limonite <br />coming out to 149th, back to the Planning Commission for a public hearing <br />and that all costs related to this public hearing be picked up by the City. <br /> <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval to Brandseth plan. Proceed to <br />final. <br /> <br />Council voted to send the proposed amendments of chapters 5 and 9 back to <br />the Planning Commission for a possible amendment which would incorporate <br />more restrictive rules for the Urban Service Area by having storage limited to <br />the driveway or next to the garage, on a prepared surface. Mayor Hardin <br />asked that this be looked at for the entire City. He stated he would also like <br />to see it require year-round screening. The vote was that this should be <br />brought back to the Planning Commission just for their opinion and then it <br />would come back to the City Council and they would determine if further <br />action would warrant a public hearing. <br /> <br />Council adopted the resolution designating unallocated 1995 CDBG funds to <br />the ACCAP Housing Rehabilitation Program for a specific use on a Ramsey <br />home and rolling over the 1996 allocation for use in 1997. <br /> <br />loT; <br /> <br /> <br />
