These fi~res reflect the suggestion of changing the property to the west of Ram~y Blvd. <br />~rom the propc~s~ ed mix of uses to only commercial/industrial property. The following criteria was used to determine these projections: <br /> <br /> · 35% lot coverage for commercialfmdustrial property <br /> <br /> · Three single family units per acre for single f~m{ly development <br /> <br /> · 5even units per acre for mixed residential. <br /> <br />Table B shows ~e amount of commerciabrmdustrial building square footage that would be created <br />under the listed ~sumpfions. In addition, the table also shows the breakdown of the residential <br />units that would ~e created and effects that the construction would have on the mix of single family <br />units compared tO mixed residential units. <br /> <br /> <br />
