10. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />14. <br /> <br />i5. <br /> <br />16. <br /> <br />17. <br /> <br />Comprehensive Plan and the subject property is proposed to be designated for development <br />with mixed residential uses with commercial uses being retained adjacent to C.S.A.H> <br />#56. <br /> <br />That the rezoning application was submitted to City Council on January 23, 1996 and the <br />Council adopted Resolution ~96-01-027 adopting findings of fact relating to the rezoning <br />request and introduced an ordinance to rezone the subject property. <br /> <br />That on January 23, 1996, City Council requested that certain additional information be <br />provided when the ordinance was brought back to City Council for adoption. <br /> <br />That on February 13, 1996, City Staff presented City Council with the requested <br />information and the Applicant presented City Council with a revision to the proposed <br />rezoning request that would reduce the amount of area to be rezoned to residential and <br />thereby retain some industrial zoning adjacent to C.S.A.H. #56. <br /> <br />That on February 13, 1996, City Council was receptive to the proposed revision to the <br />rezoning configuration and directed that the modification be presented to the Planning <br />Commission. <br /> <br />That on March 4, 1996, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing regarding the <br />revision to the rezoning request to reduce the amount of property to rezoned to residential <br />and recommended City Council approval of the request. <br /> <br />That the proposed zoning admendment will/will not substantially adversely impair the use <br />or market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />That the proposed zoning amendment will/will not change the essential character of the <br />area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the day of ,1996. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />M~yor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
