CASE # 7' <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR REVISION TO APPROVED PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR <br />CHESTNUT RIDGE 2ND ADDITION; <br /> CASE OF JOHN PETERSON, GOOD VALUE HOMES <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background~: <br /> <br />On August 2¢, 1994, the Ramsey City Council granted preliminary plat approval to Chesmut <br />Ridge 2nd A ~ddition. The approved preliminary plat consisted of 73 single family lots. <br /> <br />Observatiolts: <br /> <br />The develope: is requesting a minor modification to the approved preliminary plat to construct the <br />cul-de-sac on the north side of Sunwood Drive as a through street ti> intersect with Sunwood <br />Drive. This r aodification is precipitated by the realignment of Sunwood Drive to the north. This <br />realignment n lade the lots on the south end of the cul-de-sac substandard and forced the road to go <br />through as a .~ough street.
