Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from Blaine Edmundson to rezone a portion of <br />the proposed plat of Brandseth to R- 1 Urban Residential. Forward <br />to City Council. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer requested that the sight hazard at the <br />southwest comer of 153rd Avenue and T.H. g47 be addressed as <br />soon as possible, possibly making the trimming of trees a condition <br />in the development agreement. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant site plan approval to Riverside Development for a bank <br />facility, based on discussion and contingent upon compliance with <br />City Staff Review Letter dated February 20, 1996. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the concept of the <br />townhouse development proposed by Sherman Associates for <br />Outlot B of Sunfish Square, and direct that this be returned to the <br />Planning Commission at the time of final platting. Staff is also <br />directed to have the Fire Department view the plat for their <br />comments. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Good Value Homes' request to rezone from <br />Industrial to R-1 Urban Residential: The Planning Commission <br />approved 1-13 as presented and directed Staff to amend the <br />following: (14) "That the proposed zoning amendment will not <br />substantially adversely impair the use or market value of any <br />surrounding property." (15) "That the proposed zoning amendment <br />will not change the essential character of the area." The Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt <br />Resolution#96-03- rescinding Resolution ~:)6-01-027 and <br />adopting the amende_,~l Findings of Fact relating to a request from <br />Good Value Homes to rezone certain property from Industrial to R- <br />I Urban Residential. Forward to City Council, <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the rezoning of the proposed plat of Pondview with <br />retention of industrial property adjacent to C.R. #56. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br /> <br />
