Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the modification to the Chestnut Ridge 2nd Addition <br />preliminary plat, and that the Transportation Impact Fee be reserved <br />for traffic control at the intersection of Sunwood Drive and <br />Potassium Street should that occur. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to amend the CUP for <br />Alloy Recovery Company as discussed, and bring this request, <br />along with their request for site plan review for an expansion, back <br />to the Planning Commission at their April meeting. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission approved the sketch plan of the <br />proposed resubdivision of Bury and Carlson property. <br /> <br />Amend paragraph 18, page 2 of 4, of the January 2, 1996 Planning <br />Commission minutes to reM: "Commissioner Deemer stated he <br />believed it would be 24 hours after the City has given notification of <br />the violation." <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Good Value Homes request for rezoning: The <br />Planning Commission approved 1-8 and directed Staff to amend the <br />following: (9) "That the proposed zoning amendment will not <br />substantially adversely impair the use or market value of any <br />surrounding property." (10) "That the proposed zoning amendment <br />will change the essential character of the area." The Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt the <br />amended Findings of Fact relating to a request from Good Value <br />Homes to rezone certain property from Industrial to R-I Urban <br />Residential. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from Good Value Homes to rezone the <br />proposed plat of Pondview to R-1 Urban Residential.
