It appears they have <br />grouped 47 with 116, etc. Check on that. 3-17 should not say two <br />locations - it should say Ford Brook and Trott Brook. Forward to subsequent agenda for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval to Pondview with 147th <br />terminating at the east boundary of the commercial site with <br />clarification from the County that they will not prohibit the eventual <br />extension of 147th to County Road #56 through the commercial site <br />and that Limonite Street extend north as a through street. <br /> <br />Council granted approval to the revised preliminary plat for Chestnut <br />Ridge 2nd Addition prepared by Passe Engineering, Inc. and entitled <br />Preliminary Plat of Chestnut Ridge 3rd and 4th Additions. <br /> <br />Council granted preliminary plat approval to Sunfish Estates without a <br />park trail link to Sunfish Lake on the south boundary of the plat. Park <br />dedication would be monetary. <br /> <br />Council app. ointed Sharon Jensen to the Planning Commission for a <br />term to expire on December 31, 1997. <br /> <br />Council adopted the ordinance to amend the structure setback from <br />thoroughfares to 60 feet from centerline plus the local applicable <br />setback.
