Also contact <br />Commissioner Thorud to see if his schedule allows him to attend. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment voted to appoint Benjamin Deemer as <br />Chairperson and Charles LaDue as Vice-Chairperson of the Board <br />of Adjustment for 1996. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - Good Value Homes request for a variance to <br />minimum lot size on non-riparian lots: The Board of Adjustment <br />approved 1-14 and directed Staff to amend 15 and 16 in the <br />affnmative and add the following finding: "The Planning <br />Commission requested that the cul-de-sac be replaced with a second <br />access which, in part, contributed to the deficiency." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~96-03-042 (Bawden/Terry/Atl) adopting <br />Findings of Fact ~t0393 relating to a request for a variance from <br />Good Value Homes. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~)6-03-043 (BawdenfI'erry/All) approving the <br />issuance of a variance from Section 9.21.04 of the Ramsey City <br />Code to Good Value Homes, and declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment voted to change their regular meeting date <br />to the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br />Council adopted Ordinance ~96-06 to rezone certain property in <br />Section 27 from Industrial to R-1 Urban Residential - Good Value <br />Homes. Jo will publish the ordinance in the Union. <br /> <br />Council adopted Ordinance ~)6-07 to rezone certain property from B-1 <br />Business to R-1 Urban Residential - Blaine Edmundson. Jo will <br />publish the ordinance in the Union. <br /> <br />Council granted final plat approval to Brandseth. Execute <br />Development Agreement. <br /> <br />Council approved Riverside Development's proposed site plan for a <br />bank facility in accordance with the recommendations of MnDOT on <br />the turn lane and to allow the developer to discuss with staff a <br />reduction in escrow, to not have screening on Xkimo Street and that if <br />the MnDOT letter comes back negative, that Mr. Foster has the <br />opportunity to re-negotiate with them. Execute Development <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />Council recommended that Sherman Associates proceed to apply for <br />final site plan and plat approval for the proposed townhouse <br />development on Outlot B in Sunfish Square. <br /> <br /> <br />
