If it is not feasible, advise everyone <br />involved as to why it cannot be done. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant site plan approval to Sharp and Associates for the Listul <br />Industries facility. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant site plan approval to KKE Architects for the Landmark <br />Community Bank facility contingent upon Staff Review Letter dated <br />January 31, 1996, and based upon discussions concerning 300-lb. <br />or better asphalt shingles and bus parking. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Regarding proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 9 of Ramsey City <br />Code regarding Environmental Protection and Scenic River: The <br />Planning Commission voted to table this case until the DNR can <br />present their responses and issues to the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Regarding proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 9 of Ramsey City <br />Code regarding thoroughfares: The Planning Commission directed <br />Staff to amend the proposed ordinance as follows: Page 1, <br />paragraph under Section 9.11.01 should read "Along streets which <br />are designated in the County's thoroughfare plan, the minimum <br />setback for all buildings and structures shall be 60 feet from the <br />centerline of right-of-way plus the local applicable setback." Page <br />3, second paragraph should read "The classification of street and <br />determined right-of-way width shall be determined by the <br />Comprehensive Plan." The Planning Commission voted to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the proposed ordinance (as <br />amended) to amend the structure setback from thoroughfares <br />(county and state roads) to 60 feet from centerline of right-of-way <br />plus the local applicable setback, and repealing agriculture. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that the City <br />Council appoint Paul Holland to the Planning Commission for a <br />term to expn'e on December 31, 1997. The Planning Commission <br />voted to forward the five remaining candidates to City Council for <br />their review, giving the City Council the opportunity to also <br />reconsider Mr. Hendriksen, and to take action based on the advice <br />of the City Attorney. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Schedule the next joint meeting with the City Council to proceed the <br />Planning Commission's April meeting.
