11-70~ Exceptions. Notwithstanding any other provisions of <br />this' cod~ to the contrary, the following shall be considered <br />conforming two family residential uses: <br /> <br /> (~) Two family dwellings constructed as permitted uses <br /> under i the two family dwelling (R-3) zoning district, now <br /> repealed. <br /> (~) Two family dwelling lots on which special use <br /> permits were granted prior to February 1, 1989, and which <br /> meet ~he following minimum lot dimensions: width 90 feet; <br /> corner lot width 100 feet; depth 135 feet. <br /> (4) Zero lot line two family residential lots on which <br /> special use permits were granted prior to February 1, 1989 <br /> and w~ich have a minimum area of 6,000 square feet per lot. <br /> <br /> However, two family residential uses which cease as such for <br />a continuq~s period of one year shall not be reverted to two <br />family res!idential uses unless they conform with all current code <br />provisions~ for such uses. <br /> <br /> <br />
