CASE #,~ <br /> <br />REQUEST TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM <br />B-1 BUSINESS TO R-1 RURAL RESIDENTIAL; <br />CASE OF ANN MOROZ <br /> By: Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ann Moroz is tho the fee title owner of Lots 6 and 7 of Block 1 in Golden Eagle Estates and she <br />has submitted ~ application to rezone the property from B-1 Business to Ramsey-1 Rural <br />Residential. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />State Statute requires notification of the public hearing for rezoning to persons owning property <br />within 350 feet df the subject property. City Staff notified parcels within 450 feet of the subject <br />property. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The subject lots !are zoned B-1 Business and have been zoned for commercial uses since the <br />1970's.
