Council agreed that the release of the financial guarantee until the curbing and pavement is installed and that the landscaping and screening has been worked out. Execute development agreement. Council approved Corporate Real Estate's site plan for the Copper Sales facility contingent upon supplying the City with a modified site plan clearly identifying pavement and curbing in accordance with the recommendations of the Planning Commission, providing a lighting plan and the approval of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board. Execute development agreement. Council adopted the resolution approving final plat to Ferrum Addition. It was left contingent upon a favorable response from Anoka County regarding the exit onto Sunfish Lake Boulevard as Ryan felt that the request should be made again. Council approved the preliminary plat for Business Park 95 2nd Addition. Proceed to final. Council tabled action on the proposed ordinance to amend Chapters 5 and 9 and directed Staff to do research and suggest alternatives or solutions to the fact that in the rural area, there should be some control over the amount of land or cars that can be stored and that the City attorney look at it too. It was also determined that the public hearing should be postponed until this has been researched. Execute Resolution ~96-04-071 (Peterson/Beyer/All) adopting Findings of Fact ~0397 relating to Alloy Recovery's request for an amended CUP to expand the principal building on the site. Execute Resolution #96-04-072 (Peterson/Beyer/All) approving the issuance of an amended CUP to Alloy Recovery and declaring terms of same. To #56 make the following change: remove the period after procedural changes made and add the following: and to evaluate whether all regulatory agency permitting and licensing requirements licenses complied with.
