Monthly Status Report <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />Complete <br /> <br />4/2/96 <br /> <br />4/2/96 <br /> <br />4/2/96 <br /> <br />4/2/96 <br /> <br />4/2/96 <br /> <br />4/2/96 <br /> <br />Findings of Fact - William Schrader's request for a variance to <br />construct an accessory structure nearer the front property line than <br />the principal structure: The Board of Adjustment directed Staff to <br />amend 14 thru 16 in the positive. <br /> <br />Execute Resolution ~)6-04-065 (Bawden/rhomd/All) adopting <br />Findings of Fact #0396 relating to William Schrader's request for a <br />variance. <br /> <br />Terms of variance - William Schrader, 16750 Wolverine Circle <br />N.W.: The Board of Adjustment directed Staff to amend #2 to read <br />"The accessory garage constructed on the subject property shall not <br />be located any closer than ninety (90) feet from the front property <br />line." <br /> <br />Execute Resolution g96-04-066 (Bawden/rerry/All) approving the <br />issuance of a variance to construct an accessory structure nearer the <br />front property line than the principal sumcture on the property <br />known as 16750 Wolverine Circle N.W., and declaring terms of <br />same as amended. <br />Findings of Fact - Alloy Recovery's request for amended CUP: <br />The Planning Commission approved 1-9 and 15-16 as presented <br />and directed Staff to amend the following: 10) "That the proposed <br />use will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or <br />market value of any surrounding property." 11) "That the proposed <br />use will not create excessive additional requirements at pubic cost <br />for public facilities and services." 12) "That as proposed the <br />use will not involve use, activities, processes, materials and <br />equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to <br />persons, property or the general welfare by reason of excessive <br />production of glare, noise, traffic, smoke, fumes or odor." 13) <br />"That the proposed use will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise <br />detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity or to the <br />public welfare." 14) "That the proposed use will be consistent <br />with the intent and purposes of Chapter 9.03.04 (Conditional Use <br />Permits) of the Ramsey City Code." The Planning Commission <br />voted to recommend the City Council adopt the amended Findings <br />of Fact relating to a request from Alloy Recovery for art amended <br />CUP. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Terms of amended CUP for Alloy Recovery - The Planning <br />Commission directed Staff to amend the folIowing: Replace the <br />word "ash" with "dross" throughout the document with the <br />exception of #3 wherein "ash" should be deleted. 6) Modify this <br />term (Furnace Emissions and .Monitoring) to comply with the <br />process that's presently being done. 18) Replace the word <br />"building" with "container". 38) Delete the last sentence (Al1 <br />vehicles and trailers on site must bear a current license, be <br />registered, and must be road worthy.). The Planning Commission <br />voted to recommend that City Council approve Alloy Recovery's <br />request for amended CUP for an aluminum processing plant, <br />declaring terms of same as amended.
