Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Regarding the proposed ordinance to amend Chapter 9: The <br />Planning Commission directed Staff to amend the following: <br />Section 9.11.10, item a, delete the last part of the sentence which <br />reads "or another equivalent surface material that has received the <br />prior approval of the City Administrator or his/her designee." <br />Section 9.11.10, item b, should read "Equipment, the primary <br />purpose of which is for private transportation use or <br />personal/recreational use, may be parked/stored outside." Section <br />9.11.10, item c. 1, should read 'Whe vehicles and/or equipment <br />shall be 75% screened from the eye at ground level view from <br />adjacent properties and/or public streets." Section 9.11.10, item <br />c.2, delete the last part of the sentence which reads "or another <br />equivalent surface material that has received the prior approval of <br />the City Administrator or his/her designee." Section 9.11.10, add <br />item d to read "Active agricultural use and equipment necessary to <br />sustain it are allowed." The Planning Commission directed Staff to <br />submit the amended ordinance to City Council, and if Council <br />accepts it as amended, schedule the public hearing. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to modify the lot coverage <br />in the R-1U and R-2U zones by increasing the total impervious <br />coverage to 45%. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant site plan approval to Corporate Real Estate for the Copper <br />Sales facility contingent upon discussion regarding waste storage, <br />the waiving of curbing behind the building, the lighting plan subject <br />to approval by the Architectural Review Board, and the acceptability <br />of the Landscape Plan by Bernard Herman Architects. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />'The Planning Commission voted to accept the sketch plan for <br />Rabbit Run contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br />Letter dated March 28, 1996, and directed the applicant to proceed <br />to preliminary plat based upon discussion and unless the Park and <br />Recreation Commission decides to take trail other than 167th <br />Avenue. <br /> <br /> <br />
