Amend 12- <br />18 in the affirmative, Add a finding to read "No objections were <br />stated at the public hearing of this matter." The Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt the <br />amended Findings of Fact relating to Good Value Homes' request <br />for a conditional use permit to grade and export soils. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />Terms of CUP - grading and exporting soils from Pondview: The <br />Planning Commission directed Staff to delete term 16. The <br />Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve Good Value Homes' request for a conditional use permit to <br />grade and export soils in the proposed plat of Pondview, based <br />upon modifications made to the CLIP by the Planning Commission. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant final plat approval to Ferrum Addition. Forward to City <br />Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />grant preliminary plat approval to Business Park 95 2nd Addition. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to bring the T.H. g47 <br />Corridor Study back to the Planning Commission's May meeting <br />for their comments. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer requested Staff obtain a copy of Ann Arbor, <br />Michigan's ordinance referred to in the case outlined on page I31 of <br />the agenda. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission directed Staff to draft an ordinance <br />amending the BI, B2, B3, BW, and Industrial District regulations <br />by inserting the language from Section 9.20.14 (R3 Urban <br />Residential), Subdivision 9 of the City Code pertaining to lighting <br />standards. <br /> <br />It was briefly discussed that perhaps the Finance Committee should <br />review the stipend amount for Commission meetings as it has not <br />been re'dewed in approximately 10 years.
