That said public hearing was properly <br />advertised, and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby <br />incorporated as a part of these findings by reference." (15) "That <br />the addition of two youth at the residence will not be unduly <br />dangerous or otherwise detrimental to neighboring residences." <br />(16) "That the addition of two youth at the residence will not <br />substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value of <br />any surrounding property." (17) "That the addition of two youth at <br />the residence will be operated and maintained so as to be <br />harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or <br />intended character of the general vicinity and the addition of two <br />youth at the residence will change the essential character of the <br />area." (18) "That the addition of two youth at the residence will not <br />be hazardous or disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses." <br />(19) "That the addition of two youth at the residence will be served <br />adequately by essential public facilities and services such as <br />schools, parks, streets, police and fire protection." (20) "That the <br />addition of two youth at the residence will not create excessive <br />additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and <br />services." (21) "That the addition of two youth at the residence will <br />not involve uses, activities, processes, materials and equipment and <br />conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any neighboring <br />properties or persons by reason of excessive production of traffic, <br />noise, or odors." Add a finding which reflects that the applicant <br />returned to the public hearing. The Planning Commission voted to <br />recommend that City Council adopt the Findings of Fact relating to <br />Patrick McLafferty's request for a foster group home, as amended. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />Terms of CUP - Patrick McLafferty: The Planning Commission <br />directed Staff to correct the typographical error on g4, removing the <br />word "be." Also', add a term to read "The primary purpose of the <br />facility will not be for treatment of juvenile criminal sex offenders." <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve Patrick McLafferty's request for a conditional use permit <br />and adopt the resolution declaring terms of same, as amended. <br />Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to approve the sketch plan for Old <br />School House No. 28 Addition subject to items in the Staff Review <br />Letter dated April 25, 1996. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission tabled the case entitled "T.H. #47 <br />Corridor Study" until June. Schedule this case first on the Planning <br />Commission's June agenda. <br /> <br /> <br />
