(10) "That the proposed zoning amendment <br />will not change the essential character of the area." The Planning <br />Commission voted to recommend that City Council adopt the <br />mended Findings of Fact relating to a request from Ann Moroz to <br />rezone certain property from B-1 Business to R-1 Rural <br />Residential. Forward to City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the request from Ann Moroz to rezone Lots 6 and 7, Block <br />1,. Golden Eagle Estates, to R-1 Rural Residential and <br />recommending that access be off of Willemite Street. Forward to <br />City Council. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission voted to recommend that City Council <br />approve the proposed preliminary plat for Rabbit Run based on <br />discussion and contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br />Letter dated April 24, 1996.
